How to Join

You can either print the membership form below or drop by the Macomb Public Library, located at 235 S. Lafayette Street, and fill out an application form.     All we need is your name, address, email address and payment for the dues level you select.   We encourage you to give your email address for the  electronic delivery of our quarterly newsletter.
